Training on Local Economic Development Program for Local Government Units (LED4LGUs)

LGOO VI Erna P. Sumalinab, together with COS Jan Les Belles A. Dime attended the Conduct of Training on Local Economic Development Program for Local Government Units (LED4LGUs) on April 26-29, 2022 at the Grand Men Seng Hotel, Davo City.
 
The three-day activity aims to emphasize the enabling role of LGUs in building up the economic capacity of their areas to improve its economic future which will eventually contribute to the National Government's thrust for an inclusive and sustainable economic growth across all parts and sectors of the country.

LGOO VI Ma. Theresa A. Obatonon of San Isidro, together with LGOO VI Ma. Ruby Batingal, and IT Officer Christian Jude Yap, conducted an Orientation on Legislative Tracking and Information System And Codification Ordinances at the Sangguniang Hall, San Isidro, Davao Oriental on March 21, 2022.

The said orientation introduced the members of the Sanggunian to a most advanced, and user-friendly Data Management System which was designed to electronically organize their records. The system was also pre-loaded with a lot of needed electronic references such as DILG Opinions and Circulars, DBM and COA Circulars, Laws, Executive Orders, Other LGUs Ordinances, and etc.

Also graced the affair were Mayor Justina MB Yu, Municipal Mayor of San Isidro, along with Vice Mayor Romeo Ruedas. Members of the Sanggunian Bayan and SBO staff were also present.
